Accommodations

This Hunter 46LE has wonderful space available in its tri-cabin set-up.

The forward berth's master stateroom is huge. It rivals most yachts twice her size. The queen-sized island berth with innerspring mattress guarantees a great night’s sleep. Twin hanging lockers and lots of drawers make staying aboard easy. Just aft of the master stateroom, an innovative head arrangement splits the shower and head so both can be used at once.

The salon and galley have enough space to entertain several couples without having everyone on top of each other. The dinette area is large enough to handle the crew, but intimate enough for just two. A comfortable and roomy couch is located just forward of the extensive nav station with plenty of space for electronics and gear. Entertaining is gracious with the open salon which incorporates a flatscreen TV and Bose CD/DVD surround sound stereo system.

Aft you have dual staterooms that are large, airy and comfortable and a second head that serves both the aft staterooms and the salon area.

Preparing a meal, playing a game or watching a movie below decks on the Hunter 46LE has the space and layout that will make you feel like you are in your own home.

Sails & Rigging

This boat is easy for a couple to handle and is very nimble. This is due in part because the Hunter B&R rig places the mast more forward, allowing for a smaller jib and larger in-mast roller furling main. The ingenious stainless steel traveler arch over the cockpit allows for end boom sheeting of the main and easier sail adjustments. A push-button electric winch on the starboard cabin top makes line handling for the cockpit quick and easy.
